   Just got the call this morning that my ticket was completely dismissed! Could not recommend them enough. Also not likely to find better rates in TX. Over 4-year old speeding ticket in TX; called them up because I had no idea how to defend myself. They asked for my license and copy of ticket and then called me back for a brief explanation of what happened, told me that they could take on the case and explained to me how it works. This gave me the reassurance I needed that they weren't going to just take my money and not try. True professionals and easy to work with, I had a seamless experience.

   I received a speeding ticket that was right at the line of 25 mph over. (Apparently a big deal in Texas) I was skeptical if fighting a ticket would work or not. I was also concerned that I would end up getting in more trouble if I lost the case. Like they would suddenly decide it was a misdemeanor because of the 25mph thing. Gaines assured me that was not how it worked, so I went ahead and hired them. The process was straight forward and easy, a few text messages and some pictures of the ticket/documents I got in the mail. They let me know via email and text as my case progressed. Ultimately they won the case and I ended up without a fine, ticket, or traffic school. I was kind of shocked actually. I was fully certain I would end up still having the points on my license and maybe at best I would pay a little less. Nope. Full dismissal. Nice. I'm impressed. Do it. We have rights for a reason. Stop letting them win.

   Had a very good experience with Gaines and his crew, the case was over pretty fast even though he went back to the prosecutor a couple of times until he got it dismissed. Happy with the outcome.

   Very pleased with the outcome, very nice guy who went back to the prosecutor a few times until he got the thing thrown out. The ticket was bogus and Gaines kept my record clear, which was essential to my job.

   Accepted my case but never submitted a letter of representation and never followed up with the court. He eventually failed to appear, leading to a warrant being issued for my arrest. Does not respond to calls/texts/emails. He just took my money and disappeared. Do not give this firm your money and do not put faith in him representing your interests.

   When I first hired Mr. Gaines, he told me that he would get my son’s ticket reduced. We had a court date prior to me hiring him, he emailed me and said that we were granted a reset for the 26th (this was in October, so I’m assuming the 26th of November). A few weeks later the court contacted me to remind me of an upcoming court hearing for November 16th. I then tried to call Mr. Gaines to inform him of this court date but no answer (then I realized that the date he gave me was on a Sunday) Multiple phone calls, voicemails and emails were sent to this attorney with no response. We ended up going to court on November 16, but the attorney never showed up. The clerks tried calling multiple times and so did I. So the judge granted us a reset in hopes that the attorney would show up. This is extremely bad business and I will most definitely be turning him in to the Texas state bar.

   Failed to represent me in court didn’t show up to any of the court dates didn’t answer any of my phone calls emails messages to receptionist. Now I will be fighting for my money back that I paid promptly

   Do not hire this man. He failed to appear in court for me after telling me that I was waiting on a plea offer. I received a letter in the mail from the Justice of Peace that I failed to appear in court! Now he won’t answer my calls or emails.

   I was very happy to get a dismissal on an old case that was keeping me from getting it renewed. Mr. Gaines did everything to close my case out as fast as possible since he knew I needed my license, and after the dismissal I am set to renew my license today. Great work.

    I have never felt this ripped off before. The worst part is if he can't help why does he make it even worse. I had a overweight ticket. I think he just copy pastes his stuff. I saw it in a different complaint in a review. Someone wrote the same things that James Gaines wrote him that he wrote me. I told him i have a ticket for a overweight that's 1000$ and it's keeping my license suspended for failure to appear. He said he sees a dismissal here. I told him I'm in a hurry so after he took my money he said March or April. Then after i told him i need it for a employer to get a job he got rude and said well probably march. This was still in April. Well then march passed and in April he started saying in 2-3 weeks he would have news and 2-3 weeks later the same answer. When I called the court they said there is a court date but they can't tell me id have to get with my lawyer. Well he never told me. Instead he ignored me for a few more weeks. Then i got so frustrated because i asked him if i should just pay it sense he isn't taking care of it because i have to get my license. So i waited another week and kept emailing him and paid it. Good thing I did because i got the same copy paste message today... He will have news in 2-3 weeks. Never again and i advise anyone to look for a better one. I feel like ripped off and done wrong. It's rediculous. He took my 220$ and that was it.
