    Unreliable, Disorganized, and Unprofessional Service I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this law firm while seeking help for a traffic citation in Comanche County, Texas. After receiving the ticket, I began searching online for local attorneys who could assist with the matter. Unfortunately, my experience with this firm revealed a troubling level of disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of professionalism. Initially, when I contacted the firm for assistance, I was informed that their attorney was unavailable due to being hospitalized. While this was understandable, it was still disappointing as I had already wasted time explaining my situation. Determined to find help, I continued my search and was directed by a website to submit all my personal information, including uploading a copy of my citation. This website claimed it would connect me with an appropriate attorney in the area. To my surprise, the very same attorney from this firm—who was allegedly unavailable—contacted me shortly thereafter. The attorney assured me that he would speak with the District Attorney on my behalf to resolve the matter and even provided a clear price for his services. His confident demeanor gave me hope that the situation would be handled efficiently, and I was prepared to proceed with payment for his services the following day. However, when I called the firm the next day to finalize payment and move forward with representation, I encountered a completely different response. The attorney's assistant answered the phone and abruptly informed me that the firm could not help me with my case. When I attempted to clarify the situation, she dismissively stated, "There is no way we can help you," and promptly hung up the phone.This encounter was not only unprofessional but also deeply frustrating given the time and effort I had already invested. The conflicting information from the attorney and his assistant highlighted a severe lack of internal communication within the firm. At no point did anyone attempt to offer an explanation, alternative solutions, or even an apology for the confusion and wasted time. Instead, I was met with indifference and an unacceptable level of customer service.For anyone seeking legal representation, reliability and professionalism are essential qualities, and this firm failed to deliver on both. Clients deserve clear, consistent communication, especially in legal matters where time is often critical. This firm's inability to coordinate internally, follow through on commitments, or treat clients with basic courtesy reflects poorly on their competence and integrity.I would strongly caution others against relying on this firm for legal assistance. Based on my experience, they appear disorganized, unreliable, and unconcerned with the needs of potential clients. If you are looking for professional legal representation in Comanche County or elsewhere, I highly recommend seeking help from another firm to avoid the frustration, wasted time, and unprofessional behavior I encountered here.

    I am very happy with the results, but it did take longer than we thought. I was referred to Brandon through one my lawyers i occasionally use. He said they are the best. I had several traffic violations that had to be addressed. For the price I paid and just receiving my first dismissal for an improper left turn.

    After calling other places simply to seek legal advice about a ticket and being rejected James went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue, not only was he helpful he was also kind, patient and even provided me with free legal advice.

    I was very pleased with the expunging of my records in some serious cases by this law firm. James is very professional and knowledgeable in handling the expungement and did a great job.

    They made the process a breeze. They communicate best through email I've found. But they're a good price, and I got a high speeding ticket dismissed with a not so great driving record. Definitely worth keeping their information.
