James gets 5 stars. So frustrating being unjustifiably ticketed, time and money wasted. In contrast, the money I spent with the great people at AP was well worth it. They did a great job with my case. Worry free and splendid work. They provided constant updates. I will never forget the service and I've referred 2 friends already. Thanks y'all.
Brandon was able to take care of my speeding plus no drivers license ticket. Both dismissed! He has a flat rate which was worth it compared to insurance drive up cost with a ticket on record. I had so much trauma going on in my personal life and this was such a relief for me to have. It saved me so much stress and time. He took care of everything. It was a one time call, plus payment and he took over from there. I would 1,000% recommend him to anyone in the future.
James gaines is the worst person on earth steals from clients without doing any of the work. The client appeared at the court and paid the ticket without any guidance or help from James Gaines. I can't get ahold of him no one answers his phones or voice-mail plus keeps emailing me saying he will call but week later still no call. Terrible service and terrible person find a better attorney this guy James Gaines is trash

Terrible attorney, will never answer his phone nor call you back. WILL ONLY CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL. Very unprofessional, will do the least work possible and run with your money do not waste your time find a better attorney

I got a speeding ticket going 80 in a 65 and headlight ticket at the same in Dallas. I was out of state. Just got the results of that today and the speeding ticket was changed to parking ticket with a fee and the headlight was dismissed. It was an easy process once you pay. Had to do two things after paying the lawyer otherwise they handle everything. It does take a little time to get the results of the trial so be patient. Highly recommend. Communicated well.

So far I have called once for a 85 mph ticket. They are very nice over the phone, the price seems reasonable and they handled everything for me with just a little intake for from me . My ticket came due and they represented me without me being in court which is great. I just received word that I won my case a few days before Christmas and could not be happier . No charges , no fees due at court and no point on my record.. I would highly refer them to anyone I know. My son just got and out of state registration and exhaust ticket. Which we have 0roof of everything. Awaiting the outcome.
