1 year agoRecently my company was awarded a $300K judgment for misconduct against HPM AND James Hays, Emory Potter, and James Martin personally. The Fulton County Judge cited “Bad Faith, Unclean Hands, Improper Tactics, Harrassment, and much more in his 27 page sanctions ruling. The ruling was back in March and they haven’t paid us a dime, haven’t posted the court ordered bond, and are hiding from us. We have a FIFA against the firm and each lawyer and have begun garnishment and Sheriff’s seizures of their assets and property. A GA State Bar complaint has been filed and all three lawyers should be disbarred!

1 year agoStrange coincidences occurred before this law firm froze and took money from my bank account. A hacker with red letters written across my screen tried to warn me about the impending doom. The hacker stated that money would soon disappear from my account. I dismissed this as a prank, photographed it and moved on. As I tried to purchase food on the following day, I discovered that my bank account had been frozen. The $3,1000 I was to use for basic necessities was gone. When I lost my business in 2019, I had creditors, but according to bank records, Foundation Group was paid in full. The money removal just appeared out of nowhere and I was not notified. Time was wasted in trying to retrieve the money in court, where the judge indicated that I was wasting my time. How did the hacker know this would happen? Who is connected with this particular incident? Cyber stalkers are everywhere all the time and in Gwinnett County Georgia the obvious onlookers committed these crimes, time and time again. Just key word JANET BUSENER to see how traffickers had managed to ruin my life and continue to this day.
