1 month agoThis is crazy seeing these reviews, only reason I’m seeing these reviews I decided to look over my divorce decree and saw her name so I looked her up cause I feel like I should’ve just represented myself! I had all these problems you all had. It took two years to get divorced and I believe the only reason it was finalized cause I was sick and tired of getting nothing in my favor so at mediation I just blessed off my ex wife getting whatever her lawyer asked for my retainer was 3500$ and during the duration I paid up another I paid another 3500$ and at the end even after I just said hell with it at mediation she sent me another bill for a little over 4000$. I was not in the right state of mind going through this divorce and also it was my only divorce so I had no idea. I know another person who used her and she lost her retainer and had to get another lawyer even though Mandi never did a thing for her. I truly hope you all get your money back I’m just happy to hear she won’t be practicing anymore, a shame you put all your trust into someone when you pay them that amount of money to represent YOU and look out for your best interest, oh my was I bamboozeled

8 months agodo not hire contact Debbielin Offenbereg at 440-990-0060, I am working on criminal charges against this attorney and have several people come forward. I have discovered at least 50 people who have been stolen from. This attorney took clients' monies and did not help them and put the money in an unauthorized account. No matter how long ago she stole from you it is still a crime and we need everyone to come forward and stop Mandi from victimizing others. I am working with Police Detectives, Georgia Bar and am sending letters out to all news channels to locate her victims. There is a fund that with the Georgia bar that will help you recoup your money once she is disbarred or criminally charged.

8 months agoWorst lawyer do not Hire I have 50 reviews of her taking clients money and not doing her job. She is under suspension while the bar investigates half a dozen claims i have put against her. If you are or were a victim please contact me 4409900060. I will provide you with the investing office and also where to file your criminal charges of theft against Mandi.

1 year agoIf anyone who has given money to this lawyer contact me at 440-990-0060 for phone numbers to Georgia bar investigators and Georgia DetectivesPLEASE CONTACT THE GEORGIA BAR THEY ARE WORKING ON A CASE AGAINST MANDI MCDONOUGH AND HOPEFULLY, EVERYONE CAN GET THEIR MONEY BACK, BUT YOU HAVE TO SPEAK OUT IF YOU WERE A VICTIM OF ATTY. MCDONOUGH!!!!! Mandi McDonough took $5,925 from me in November 2023 and as of today April 3, 2024, she took my money and did nothing. I filed a case with Georgia Bar and she is not responding to them so they have 2 attorneys investigating her and they want anyone who she has taken money to contact them by filing a complaint on the Georgia Bar site https://www.gabar.org/forthepublic/fileacomplaint.cfm or you can email Cathy Paine at cathep@gabar.org. There is a program with the Bar that will get your money back if the bar has enough evidence to disbar Atty. McDonough.
