Farris Ain is an outstanding attorney. As a former legal secretary I understood the process, which Mr. Ain included me in. I've had confidence from the start in Mr. Ain's competence. He had to "talk me off the ledge" a time or two, and this is where his patience and understanding have been able to shine. Mr. Ain was good about keeping me apprised of updates. There were, of course, long periods in between communications because there was nothing new to report as our system is relatively slow. However, as soon as there was a new development, Mr. Ain contacted me right away. Though I was not his only client he made me feel as though I was, always able to focus on the matters at hand during our exchanges. He fought hard for me; though I would have liked more (because, don't we all?) I received a more-than-fair settlement without even having to go to court. I felt confident throughout the entire process that I would receive the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Farris Ain. He is competent, he is compassionate, and he fights hard.
