1 year agoRousseau represented Patricia Smith, who was supposed to be a professional fiduciary. Patricia Smith has taken everything from an elderly developmentally delayed son of one of her deceased clients. He was heir and sole beneficiary to his mothers estate and Patricia Smith exhausted all of his funds and egregiously gave his inherited property away! She left her developmentally delayed client emaciated, malnourished and hid him from his family until she completely exhausted all of his inherited funds! This is illegal and elder abuse! How could Sirnoi Rousseau represent someone like this?!?!
