3 weeks agoShe couldn't complain about being neglected. My brother, knowing that a year earlier, my mother's doctor's has already declared her incapable of making any major decisions or any contracts would immediately be void. I have all the documentations from her family doctor and hospice Dr and medical team. My brother was fully aware of the financial elderly abuse he was committing. Her hospice and family doctor said at the time that Gail Larue had my mother in her office, she couldn't put a sentence together. My mother's doctor's believe it would be clearly obvious to an attorney, who should have noticed her mind wasn't right within minutes. That didn't stop Gail, she had my mother sign the contract, taking full advantage of this horrible disease. She was fully aware because I had mentioned it to Gail a few times. My mother signed a contract for Gail to be in charge of her will and estate. I was lied to, Gail and my brother had her sign, knowing this was illegal. They both decieved me by standing by that lie, I knew better. When my mother passed, Gail has my siblings and I sign a contract for her to represent us through our the entire process. I mentioned to Gail that my uncle said the attorney handling the will and estate should never be one of our own lawyers, he said get a lawyer who never represented any of us. Gail assured me that her top priority was my mothers will/estate. She also signed, I have the copy. That same day, a bank statement came, $10,000 had been transferred out of her account but not put in to any of her three other accounts. I called Gail, Richard, my brother was her regular client. I said Richard is in charge of her finances and there's some very suspicious activity and large amounts of money missing. After she heard me say that she yelled and said, I can't listen to this....I said well, you already heard what I said, so are you saying you're representing my brother, instead of my mother who you said would be top priority.? She said get another lawyer and hung up. I called back, I wanted a copy of the contract that was signed, I knew it was after we were told she's incapable of making important decisions, or signing contracts. She didn't get to see my mother's bank statements because she hung up on me. She sent a letter to the four of us the very next day, she said I'm making up stories, she found no suspicious activity and I'm prolonging the process. It would be impossible to know in a day all of the money that was being withdrawn every other day for the past five years. I never got the chance to show her the proof I found. She's a liar to her own clients she represents. I demanded she recuse herself and I sent her letter to the attorney general. After I asked for a copy of the contract my mother signed saying I knew Gail had her sign under false pretence. I would think she's part of financial elderly abuse as well. I sent all and a few other papers from Gail, all sent to Andrea Campbell. If I'm able to press charges on this attorney, I'm going full speed ahead. Shame on her, taking advantage of an elderly and sick woman, who btw was amazing and my best friend!! I'm going to be my mother's voice and eyes and have any corrupt attorney and Richard, her own son face as many legal consequences as I possibly can. SHAME ON YOU, GAIL LARUE!!! it's not illegal to leave a completely honest review. I believe Gail and my brother were in cahootes with each other. Neither one of them will tell me where my mother's reimbursement of at least $12,000 went. She accused herself, only lawyers who do illegal acts will do that after being called out. If she could do that, what else has she done. Well find out and I will keep everyone posted. I wouldn't give this so called attorney one star, you can't write a review unless you give a star, I take it back, I give 0 stars.

3 weeks agoWorst lawyer ever!! Lawyers may have to lie sometimes but not to a client while in cahootes with my brother to steal money. I already spoke to attorney general. Is it illegal to write an honest review, guess what Gail, it's not illegal.

3 weeks agoI am giving a minus 10 for this corrupt lawyer!!! My mother passed two years ago, she had Alzheimer's and I stayed right by her side and took great care of her. Her wish was not to go to a nursing home. This so called lawyer Gail, had my mother come in a couple months before she passed. My brother Richard, took advantage of her also. He told me he was taking her to this lawyer to get her taxes done. I'm sure she'd be better at that than law. At that time the doctor said she was mentally incompetent and not able to make major decisions or enter into any contracts, they would immediately be void. Good ole Gail didn't care, she had her sign a contract so, corrupt Gail. After my poor mother passed, Gail had me and other three siblings come in, keep in mind this, I can't call her a lawyer, she's corrupt as they come!! We signed contracts, saying, that she would represent all of us, with my mother's will and estate. A few days later I saw a bank account and then found all of them, he was robbing my mother blind. I told Gail and said I knew it was Richard, we need an audit. That munipulater Gail said, "No, I can't listen to that, I said I just signed a contract for you to represent me, money is missing and I mean $10,000 here another $10, .000 transfered out of her bank account and in to his. Much More money was taking. Over a $100.000 he took. She said find another lawyer. đ Isn't my mother's will and estate isn't she suppose to have her will in estate top priority? She lied and said it would be. The very next day this liar of a lawyer , said she saw no problems with the accounts, she didn't have access to them at the time. She broke the contract because she's corrupt, but she never saw any accounts and told my siblings I'm holding everything up. So no way was this low life going to get away with trying to take advantage of my mother, I sent the letter she wrote, copies of four bank accounts, to the attorney General, I demanded she recuse herself. She had too but now that I'm not as devastated from losing an amazing mother, the clouds have cleared and I'm in the process of having her lose her license. I found a few more papers, she's gonna be done. She snapped at me when I first went in to see her and gave an attitude that if I wasn't in her office but anywhere else, and spoke to me like that, I'd tear into this bi*ch she'd be in tears. That's a fact!! Now she's gonna have huge problems, I'm pressing charges on you Gail and don't lie and tell me I can't leave a post, here it is!!! I'll keep you all posted. I don't want anyone else to experience everything I did with this heartless, for lack of a better word, friggin fraud. How dare you Gail, no one is going to do everything you tried doing to my mother. You aren't close to being in her class, she was angelic, heart of gold and the best mother I could ever ask for and Gail for what you did your a demon,band legally, I'm coming at you till you get exactly what is coming to you. Try telling me to take down this post Gail, it's all true and you know it Linda Turco, your gonna hear my name lots!
