We used this firm and chris linton for my brothers estate. He hired him based on a trusted source. I knew something was off from our initial family consultation in the firms office. He had a small pad and pen but nothing was written down from our discussion. At a later date myself and Chris went to the courthouse to submit a document, the person there told him he had filled it out wrong and needed to resubmit. Months later we began to notice that my family was not being updated. When we got ahold of Chris he mentioned an invoice. We paid the amount but he continued not to give us updates. We would email chris no response. Call his office no response. My father had to physically go to the office downtown numerously where chris was unavailable every time. My brother, myself and my father all went at different times chris was never there. We were told by the secretary that a message would be relayed to chris but he never responded. Later a sheriff brought a letter by the court about him possibly going to jail for some court order or somewhat. Chris finally ended up admitting that he had cancer. Thing is if he would have just mentioned that from the beginning and communicate with our family but neither did chris or his firm mentioned anything which is sus! chris missed deadlines, piss poor communication, was incompetent along with his firm. So much that my father was dismissed by the court of executor for my brother’s estate because chris missed court several times. We ended up firing chris. Poor management, communication, incompetence and lying all across the board. Chris and this firm are grimy
