    My mother Mary Vale hired Mongolia in 1977 she fell in a pothole and Norwalk off of Morton Street behind Bingo's Bodega off of Taylor avenue we lived at 16th avenue a my mother broke her leg said that she had neuropathy it wasn't the city's fault he was going to sue the city of Norwalk for 1 million dollars none of the streets were paved this past summer all they did was pay those streets my mother was in a cast from Dr Jen's Herman for one year in a wheelchair my father built a ramp for the house he worked for all incorporation had Prudential insurance we had round the clock nurses social security says and the Ada transportation says division says in Washington DC that anybody who has a leg that doesn't heal after 6 months it's considered disabled her leg did not heal for one year my mother flipped out and made a hole in her cast with a hammer he's trying to kill herself they came to the house put her in a straight jacket when she was in a wheelchair put her in Norwalk hospital and then sent her to Fairfield hills like she was broke my father had Prudential insurance and they're sending her to Fairfield 1977 this is documented with the state of Connecticut that my mother lost her mind after being in a cast for one year she was she should have applied for disability because that leg would not heal she had a cast on for one year mongolis was her lawyer at the time I don't know if that was your father was a 1977 she was going to sue the city for one year for 1 million dollars I was 12 years old changing my mother's commode my mother did not shower for one year my mother passed away in 2007 she broke her leg over and over again falling her leg never healed properly she slipped and fell and closed down in the north emergency shelter and sued them she slipped and fell and was unconscious in the bathroom emergency shelter that building was supposed to be demolished the city paid off the I don't know whoever and the federal government took over that shelter and now it's called open doors my mother died in pain all the money that she got from the city of Norwalk went to Medicaid because and she slipped us all 1996 she did not have Medicaid she was 61 years old at 62 she got widow's benefits my father died in 1982 he was a conductor on Penn Central she got 75% of what you supposed to get cuz she didn't wait till she was 65 but at 62 she had MediCare at 61 she did not and about half a million dollars went to Medicaid and after everything was settled I wouldn't even give her food stamps they give her anything they gave her a raw deal they gave me with their Medicaid or while deal they don't want to give me anything I am Catherine Bell I'm disabled I'm almost 59 years old the city of Norwalk is send me wrong the city of Norwalk and sudden my family wrong my mother Mary Vale suffered in a wheelchair for one year now I know there's a statue of limitations but I'll go social security she should have been deemed disabled it is documented in Fairfield hills that my mother was a patient there did everything is in files that are sealed the state of Connecticut was sued for them but the files are still there what could you do to help me 203-810-8740 mongola in 1977 if that was your father did my mother wrong Dr James Herman died it was orthopedic center hospital the only one in town did my mother wrong he died in 2016 what could you do to rectify the situation thank you
